Terms of Use for Darkmarkets Septic

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use darkmarkets.world and the services Darkmarkets Septic offers through it. You accept them when you use this website, call the number shown on it, or send a form. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What We Do

Darkmarkets Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks. We do not repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines. We do not do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Are Separate Businesses

The providers you reach are independent. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, what work they do or what results you get.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of license and insurance. Get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. If it matters, also check with your insurer and your local health department.

What We Expect From You

Give accurate details when you contact us. Use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get in without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request. That can be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact, email contact@darkmarkets.world at any time.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Darkmarkets Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within it, Darkmarkets Septic is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is". No warranties of any kind come with it.

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.
