Darkmarkets Septic wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing went wrong, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know this, though: Darkmarkets Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Tell us if our reply does not satisfy you, and ask for another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
